Only credit or debit cards are accepted for all cave tour and campground fees. Entrance to Oregon Caves National Monument and Preserve is free, but cave access is only available with a guide.
Hazardous Tree Removal Temporary Road Closures
June 14th and 15th there will be temporary closures of these roads in the park: 960, 070 (leading to the Bigelow Lakes Trailhead) and 4613.
Temporary Cave Creek Campground Closure June 9th and 10th
Due to hazardous tree removal work in the Cave Creek Campground, the campground will be closed June 09 and 10, 2025.
Hazardous Tree Removal Closures in and around Historic District June 09 through 20, 2025
Weekdays between June 9 and 20, 2025, there will be intermittent closures of some park trails and parking areas in and around the Oregon Caves Historic District while hazardous tree removal work is being done.
Highway 46 temporary delays June 09 to June 20, 2025.
During hazardous tree removal work on weekdays between June 90 and June 20, 2025, Highway 46 (Caves Highway) will have short delays of up to 15-minutes.
